Mercedes Jones always had an average life. Her family was middle class. Her mother died when she was 13, leaving behind a girl that had to tough up all by herself for someone had to take care of their half family. Her school wasn’t neither the worst one neither the best. Her clothes she made her best to improve with her own skills and her grandma’s old sewing machine, weren’t wore off but weren’t the shiny trend ones some girls on her school had.
When she turned 17 she got tired of it. She didn’t want to do a course she half liked to work on something that would pay her a half good salary and have her stuck in her parent’s house for the rest of her life. Sick of it all, she threw it all away to pursue her dreams. First she wanted to begin on the bars stages and maybe one day be a big diva. With time she realized that that kind of dream was far away from her hands no matter how much she tried to reach out, and then she understood there were other ways in which she could be adored and spoiled and drooled over. She continued with her performances but added dance shows and then prostitution to the list.
She’s one of Jesse’s favorite agents. She’s smart and fierce and learns quick. What she loses in agility she compensates with her insights and incredibly intelligent escapades. She’s his finest on getting information. Mercedes can get her clients to do whatever she wants. Including telling her thing without even realizing the information they’re giving away. She’s one of the most confident persons he knows aside from himself and he never regrets getting her to the team. Her confidence shakes away with sensuality any type of man. Her nights at VA stages are always full house nights and her clients are the best among TW, always surrounding her with gifts and spoiling her in every way possible.
Her favorite curse of action in eliminating are with daggers and poison. Mercedes knows a mix of poison only she has the antidote to and it’s one of her triumphs. She makes men addicted to her like a drug and whispers sweet words on their ears to get what she wants. She never left home though. She does own her own apartment but keeps it hidden from her dad. On his way, he has a pretty clear guess of her wing of work but as long as the bills stay payed he’s willing to close his eyes in exchange of having her around. After a lot of fighting he knows now that she’d just get her things and leave and can’t stand to lose his only family. He’s still a very kind father to her and she’s a good daughter to him.
He’s the only person in the world to see her vulnerable at times. And that vulnerability includes an ignored but strong crush on certain blonde ex-colleague with whom she made shows before he left. And she misses him like no other.
